Everyone has their specialty. Some people are more scientific and logical, while others know how to paint pictures of beauty. I happen to fall into the first category, which means I don't make my living selling art.
When this concept is applied to web site design, it means I know how to get the data into and out of the database, but putting the right colors together is a little out of my comfort zone. I often have to rely on someone else's sense of aesthetics.
But stretching in other areas is good. It helps me appreciate the talents of others and reminds me that it takes all kinds of people to make the world go around.
One of the people that contribute significantly is Marie Johnson. I know from seeing the operations of Empowerment Services and reading the pages of this site, that the world turns a little smoother with her patient care of disabled people. It's not something everyone can do.
I hope this web site will help promote the incredible work she does and allow her and her staff to reach more people. May my small contribution add to her large contribution and make it a brighter place for all.
